Refund & Refill Policy

Order outcomes

• Completed — order delivered in full. Eligible for the refill button if the service supports refills.
• Partial — provider delivered less than 100%. The non-delivered portion is automatically refunded to your wallet.
• Cancelled — full refund to wallet.
• Failed — full refund to wallet.

Refill button

Refill-eligible services display a refill button on your order page for 30 days after completion. Use it if you notice a drop in counts.

Wallet refunds

Refunds are credited back to your prepaid wallet, not to your original payment method. Wallet credit never expires.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment chargeback after receiving the service will result in account suspension and any unused balance being voided.
